As part of the Prefectural Education Agency’s “Short-Term Overseas Training Program for Global Leaders,” a seven-day “Machinaka Cultural Exchange Program” was held online with 40 high school students from Okinawa. They experienced different cultures online by spending time with host families in the prefecture. The program and the interaction were posted in the Okinawa Times.
